Take ownership of all end to end CRM & Loyalty activity for a portfolio of some of Australia's most iconic brands, trading around the world, with a hugely loyal customer database.
The Role:
End to end management of all CRM & Loyalty activity, across data analysis, customer journey planning, Email, SMS & Web campaigns, and the over arching customer lifecycle, to drive customer engagement & retention. You will have a deep data-driven focus, developing out and executing targeted initiatives, strengthen customer Loyalty, working alongside the rest of the high-performing Digital & eCommerce team and across all global markets.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
A solid background in technical CRM roles, owning end to end strategic development
Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Yotpo or similar
Deep data segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets, database sizes & present actionable insights
A passion for living & breathing data
A strong commercial mindset and the ability to work cohesively with the wider Marketing, Digital & eCommerce team to deliver a strong brand identity & tone of voice across all channels
Strong experience with A/B Testing, driving innovation & a test & learn mentality
Experience in Retail or eCommerce would be highly regarded, but definitely not essential
