· Responsible to handle telecaller and their performance.
· Responsible to handle digital marketing.
· Knowledge of any CRM software.
· Handling the end to end CRM Operations.
· Handling complete customer data and Sales details in records.
· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
· Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
· Overseeing the performance of telecallars on daily basis and ensure leave generation to be addressed properly.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
