This position would suit someone outgoing and energetic, who excels in Retail Management and is looking to step in to a fun, fast paced and exciting role! This position will oversee the efficient running of our TWO Retail stores in Christchurch.
The ideal candidate will have experience in and have the confidence to
Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve monthly Sales Targets, KPI's and increase productivity within the team.
Staff Management - Including Rosters, Hiring, Coaching & Supporting the development of the Team.
Stock Management - Our store has a high stock turn, with a large number of Sku's to manage so attention to detail is a must.
Visual Merchandising - Including working to global directives and implementing in a timely fashion.
Experience with Cin7 or similar Inventory Management POS
Sales and Customer Service
To be successful in this position you'll have
Experience in a similar leadership role
A positive & motivated attitude!
Clear communication and lead by example
You will be supported by a great in store team including 2 x 2IC's & local head office.
