Role Description
The incumbent will be gaining exposure in Corporate Law, FEMA, NBFC/HFC regulatory matters, commercial contracts, taxation, investment/shareholders agreements, valuation, angel funding, standardization of documents etc. He has to strategize and formalize the legal and compliance systems in the client companies and assist them to turn from non-complied to fully complied.
Qualifications
Graduate and CS finalist.
Strong drafting and written skills
Knowledge of Companies Act and RBI regulations
