Role Description
Job Purpose
Report creation- internal and external communication
Site visits for effective monitoring and control of ongoing CSR projects
Assist on Project Design, Execution, Impact Assessment and utilization of CSR funds
Drive - Employee Volunteering Initiatives in the organization
Primary Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators
Assist in -
Developing and designing projects as per the CSR objectives of APL
Identify and on-board implementation partners
Collaborating with NGO partners and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of projects
Assessing impact and reporting on projects as per CSR and internal requirements
Creating a pipeline of projects with budgets and requirements
Ensuring requisite documents and clearances are available for individual projects
Monitoring of projects to achieve objectives in accorded timelines and budgets
Supervising on ground interventions by site visits and interactions
Handle content development for internal and external CSR communication
Carry out any other activities that may be assigned from time to time

a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):
CSR budget

Interaction with CSR SPOCs at Plants

Entire country (Focus predominantly at Plant locations)

Previous Experience
Desired
Prior experience of 2 years or more in Social Work particularly pertaining to Hands on Project Management (Preferably from a Corporate)
Functional Competencies
Good written and verbal communication and good networking skills
Knowledge of basic reporting structure
Experience in driving monitoring and evaluation of projects
Behavioral Competencies
Passion and commitment towards the cause of social development
Comfort to work in ambiguity
Prowess in relationship management with various stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,194.82 - ₹33,338.16 per month
