We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Community Centres team as our Cultural Diversity Officer.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Create a thriving, diverse and inclusive community that fosters connection and deepens cultural understanding.
Deliver initiatives which benefit the City’s culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and build Council’s capacity as a Welcoming City.
Develop and implement community development initiatives that improve the wellbeing, knowledge and participation outcomes for CALD community members.
The successful applicant will have:
Significant experience working with people from diverse communities and cultures.
Significant experience in working in a community development role with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Project development, implementation and evaluation experience.

This is a Level 4 position which has a current salary range of $+4,525 - $101,474 per annum (plus Super).
