Job Description
Working with the Assistant Director (Culture Change and Change Leadership), the Culture Change and Communication Officer will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering culture and capability uplift initiatives aligned to the Aged Care Reform and the department's strategic priorities.
The Culture Change and Communication Officer will apply best practice principles and draw on the latest research in social science to understand human behaviour to help foster a culture that enables transformation. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to build understanding of stakeholder readiness for change.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing, developing and implementing culture and communication strategies
Designing, developing and implementing learning and development programs aligned with organisational goals and culture change activities
Building and sustaining effective relationships with stakeholders to identify and implement strategies that support culture change and enhance organisational effectiveness.
Utilising best practice principles to research and analyse data, identifying trends and develop evidence-based culture and capability uplift solutions
Staying up to date with industry trends and innovative approaches in learning and development and culture change.
Key capabilities include:
Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating culture change and stakeholder readiness activities
Proven experience in behavioural science, research and analysis
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail, with proven experience in culture and capability uplift initiatives
Application of best practice learning and behavioural principles in a workplace environment
Commitment to building a continuous learning culture
