Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Developer Early Years to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with expertise in lesson planning, curriculum development, staff training, curriculum design, academic development, content development, educational evaluation, early childhood education, and early literacy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans
Create and update curriculum materials to meet educational standards
Provide training and support to school staff on best practices in education
Design and evaluate curriculum to ensure academic success
Develop educational content that is engaging and age-appropriate
Conduct evaluations to assess student progress and program effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education
Experience in creating and evaluating curriculum materials and instructional resources
Strong knowledge of early childhood education and early literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Proven track record of success in curriculum development and implementation
