Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Custom Packaging Sales professional specializing in primary and secondary packaging. The role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities to work from home part of the time. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, collaborating with clients to design custom packaging solutions, and managing projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. The role also involves close coordination with internal teams such as design, engineering, and logistics to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
• Experience in Packing and ensuring quality control standards
• Strong research skills to evaluate market trends and client needs
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid work environments
• Experience in the packaging
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field is preferred
