About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, self-driven individual to join our team on a 3-month contract. This role involves high-volume outbound calling (60–80 calls per day) to explain our health program, outline its benefits and address any questions or objections. You’ll be booking appointments and supporting participants through the enrolment process.
Initially you will be trained across administrative tasks as you get familiar with our systems and processes. After that, you’ll move into dynamic, phone-based engagement as well as administrative tasks . If you’re tech-savvy, comfortable working from home, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to engage participants and explain program benefits.
Handle objections confidently and maintain a professional, friendly tone.
Book appointments and manage follow-up tasks.
Leave voicemails and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Meet KPIs
Provide excellent customer service and adhere to program guidelines.
