Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our e-commerce team
as Customer Care Executives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued
customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience by handling inquiries, assisting with order
placement and tracking, and resolving any issues efficiently. You will work collaboratively with
internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally across multiple channels including
phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Assist customers with order placement, payment, shipping, and tracking inquiries in all
platforms.
Process orders accurately within our e-commerce platform, adhering to company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams such as inventory, logistics, quality control, and finance to
resolve order-related issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to offer the best
possible service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and one regional
language.
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 year of customer service experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Candidates residing near Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore will be preferred.
Available Work Shifts any 2 shifts:
Two of the following 4-hour shifts depending on requirement, primary requirement is for night shift
plus one day shift. Weekly off is Saturday.
Morning: +:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM – +:00 PM
Night: +:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
