Work From Office - Job Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Fresher – 21k CTC to 30k CTC – Depends on the interview and Qualification – Voice, Chat, Email support
Experience – 25k CTC to 34 CTC - Depends on the interview and Qualification and Experience
Job Profile – CSE – Customer Service Executive
• To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
• Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
• To provide the best resolution to the customers.
• Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
• Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
• Qualification: 12thand Above
• Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) - MI
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Flexible (24/7) environment = + hours – Night, Noon, Day – Business req.
• 6 days Working
• Relocate - WFO
