Salary: Up to INR 15,000 - INR 33,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Transportation: No cab facilities provided

Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives in Jaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the customer service industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately.
• Provide product information and assistance to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
• Follow company policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts as per the company's requirements.
• Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
