Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives in Jaipur. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately.
• Provide product information and assistance to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
• Follow company policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts as per the company's requirements.
• Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
