Work Details
9 working hours + 1 hour break
6 days working (1 rotational week off)

Salary & Benefits
₹14,000 – ₹15,500 in-hand
₹1,500 night shift allowance (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat and/or voice
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
Maintain professional communication at all times
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
