1. Support & provide customer service via chats/Calls
2. Handling customer queries.
3. Complete responsibility of managing and maintaining the Clients.
4. Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned.
5. Build relationships with the given client accounts to get repeat business.
6. Should be able to answer servicing questions.
7. Provide prompt solutions for the queries and should execute them .
8. Be polite in calls and maintain the quality in every call they handle for the entire day.
