Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Shifts: Rotational shifts, including rotational week offs
Timings: Any +-hour shift between + am to 10 pm
Salary: Around 33,000 INR in hand
Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to 15,000 INR
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding eyewear retail chain processes.
• Provide excellent customer support and address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service and process efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated with the latest product information and industry trends.
• Uphold the company's reputation by providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
• Fresher or experienced in calling team roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• Confidence in speaking and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Good knowledge of customer support business practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Punctuality and adherence to work schedules.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
