Job Title: Customer Care Specialist / Customer Care Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Kolkata
Salary Range: INR 15,000 to INR 28,000
Experience Level: Mid-Level (1-2 years)
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 10+2, Graduates are welcome
• 1-2 years of experience in US travel Sales campaign
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales Processes, Customer Service, Customer Support, and Sales Management
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain interaction and reputation with clients
• Understand the business needs of the clients
• Handle inbound process for Travel Sales with B2B & B2C clients
• Work in a full-time Night Shift job (+ pm-7 am)
• Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities
• Participate in Unlimited incentives program
