• AUS Outbound (Voice) Processes Survey
As a customer service representative-
• you will get to flex your communication muscles and interact with customers via phone.
• Follow communication “scripts.”
• Keep records of all conversations in our call Centre database.
• Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.
• You'll be the go-to person for solving problems and increasing customer satisfaction, all while managing inbound calls like a boss.
• Plus, you will get to use your powers of multitasking and prioritizing to keep things running smoothly.
• Continuously strive to improve in the assigned work.
