Responsibilities and Duties
Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
Calling active and budding callee to encourage the service items
Addressing Callee's requirement or compliance (if any)
Noting important details of each conversation.
Communicating verbal acceptance of services pitched
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts.
Skill sets/Experience Required.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and be Computer literate.
Prior experience as a telecaller or similar (minimum 2 yrs.)
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali Language.
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Superb research, and record-keeping skills.
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
