Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Officer – Casual
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and making people smile? Do you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Officer staff to join our team on a casual basis!
This role is perfect for those who are passionate about providing outstanding service and are looking for flexible work opportunities. As part of our casual pool, you will be called upon to assist during peak periods, special events, or when extra support is needed. We currently have a demand for Customer Experience staff on a ongoing basis.
The Customer Experience Officer is the first point of contact with Council for customers, providing cash receipting services, Council information, banking services through the Bendigo Bank Agency, and General administration tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and face to face.
Bendigo Bank: You'll deliver essential banking services to our community, including deposits, processing withdrawals, and facilitating account openings.
Team Player: Ready to jump in and take on any task? You’ll support our Customer Experience Team with projects and duties that match your skills and training.
What You’ll Need:
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
National Police Check

This position is a full-time position classified at Grade A Entry Level $37.2870 p/h, includes 25% casual loading, plus 11.5% super. Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
