Your Mission:

The role of the Customer Growth Specialist is to drive feature adoption of our solutions and revenue growth in your segmented customer portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring customers fully utilise features offered, enhancing the experience and optimising their use of PropertyMe. The Customer Growth Specialist will be measured on the uptake in feature utilisation and increased revenue in their portfolio.

We’re excited to welcome applicants from Melbourne, Victoria. For those based outside Sydney, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Proactively identify engage, contact and call existing customers using a range of outreach methods
Surpass call and connect quotas each week
Be an advocate for PropertyMe ensuring all revenue targets are met each month
Directly contribute to your revenue targets by achieving your OKR’s
Show growth in feature adoption across your customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in your segmentation
Work to retain existing customers and reduce churn by delivering consistent value, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively addressing potential concerns.

Reporting and Analysis: Ensure all account activities are captured in Salesforce CRM.
Review customer feedback within your segment and work with your team to come up with ways to retain and engage your customers
Review data to identify common themes across your segment and allow you to influence product utilisation
Collate and report feedback from customers in regard to features and requests.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to share with your customers and your peers.
Report trends as noticed within your customer base.

Demonstrate initiative and drive, thinking outside the box to deliver our message effectively
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients succeed
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing client challenges.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Tech Savvy: Interest in technology and its applications in the real estate industry; familiarity with PropTech solutions is a plus
Experience: Minimum of 2 years account management experience, preferably within PropTech and/or SaaS
The ability to gain a deep understanding of PropertyMe’s products and services and become a product evangelist
Ability to readily adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities
