Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Management:
• Conduct stock reconciliation regularly.
• Monitor stock requirements and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee shipping, packaging, and return management processes.
• Handle claims related to stock and returns.
2 . Customer Interaction:
• Manage inbound customer calls and address inquiries promptly.
• Conduct outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and manage customer emails and feedback.
3 . Sales and Payment Reporting:
• Generate and analyze sales reports.
• Handle COD remittance and payment reconciliation.
4 . Review Management:
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
• Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
