Job Qualifications:
8-11 years of work experience in customer experience design & consultancy
Compulsive problem-solver with excellent visualization skills
Should be efficient in creating user requirement specifications, persona creation, storyboarding, scenarios, and flowcharts
Proficient with design tools
Should have an eye for attention to detail
Excellent prioritization & communication skills
Experience in digital product management is a plus
Should showcase lateral thinking & be able to empathize with customers
