About The Role
We have a great opportunity for someone to join our team on a 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract.
This role is to act as the focal point between Sales and Marketing with two major functions:
Deliver strategic & profitable BTL activation's & Point of Purchase solutions for the assigned Brand portfolios in a timely and well executed manner in line with the Beiersdorf Values.
Work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing to formulate comprehensive Customer Marketing plans that correspond with the objectives of the Retail Sales Channels.
Key Responsibilities
Development and execution of complete Channel & Customer activation plans in line with the brand strategy & sales objectives for Australia and New Zealand.
Reviewing BTL activations to ensure optimal ROI & utilising learnings for future activations.
Monitoring competitor activity on a regular basis utilizing shopper intelligence data and developing corrective action plans where necessary.
Fulfilling all requirements for planning and business development presentations
Working as part of a cross functional brand team to develop and execute key brand strategies to drive sales and achieve brand objectives.
ABOUT YOU
A business related degree is preferred
4-5 years Category Management/Trade Marketing and/or Account Management experience in an FMCG environment.
Good analytical skills, communication, negotiation, attention to detail.
Customer-centric thinking
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and everchanging environment.
