CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the Customer relationship and handle the showroom team.
Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key customers.
Keeping customers updated with all the information on the latest product this significantly helps increase the sales of companies image and customer satisfaction.
Resolve all customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Organise meetings with the managers within the organisation only to bring out a strategic plan.
Conduct businesses review frequently by making the best use of CRE programs.
Have a clear understanding of the critical individual requirements and address them accordingly.
Have the best knowledge of competition and strategy according to it.
Collaborate with the management team to properly when all the campings.
Attend a client visit at a furniture showroom.
Order the queries of customers regarding delivery payment or any other issues.
Management of projects related to work at client end & coordination with clients.
Maintain furniture scanning and place furniture in the showroom.
Visit clients' sites.
Quality check of material kept inside the showroom.
Project record maintained in registers.
PPT and Excel files maintained.
