Experience Required:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to help us expand our clientele and generating sales for our company. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship. An effective tele-sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

2. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

3. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

5. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

6. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

7. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

8. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

10. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.

Requirements

Exp. : 3 to 5 years of experience.
