Senior Associate - Analytics
Location - Delhi (Hybrid)
Experience - 3 to 5 yrs (SaaS)
Xeno is an AI-driven CRM company for large D2C brands and retailers. We have some of the biggest brands in our portfolio like Tommy Hilfiger, CK, Jack & Jones, levis, taco bell, barbeque nation, etc. Xeno enables large D2C brands & omnichannel retailers to engage their customers across eCommerce & stores. With the digital retail wave alongside us, we’ve seen a 7x growth in the number of brands using Xeno.

What you’ll do
• You’ll be working on devising and delivering marketing strategies of brands like Vero Moda, Only, Taco Bell, and Forest Essentials that help them grow their revenues from existing customers.
• The ideal candidate will be a master of reading the data and getting the correct actionable out of the seemingly incoherent set of numbers.
• Going through the sales data of the brand, you have to identify which different data points which are important and what all analysis can be performed to get the relevant insight and then use this insight to provide consultation to the client in terms of what needs to be done to undertake course correction and deliver ROIs on their marketing campaigns for the month.
Key skills
• Analytical skills: As a campaign manager you will devise marketing plans which are driven by understanding customer level data of each brand.
• Communication skills: Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write communications over email explaining various scenarios. Campaign managers also need pristine speaking skills. They have to manage relationships with brands and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior-level managers within the organization, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns.
• Project management skills: As a campaign manager you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple campaign plans and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Numerical skills: You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success of campaigns. You will have to make projections for clients while presenting the campaign plan to make the client understand the estimated output of the same.
• Software Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
• Advanced Analytics Frameworks: Good to have an understanding of frameworks like Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, Classifications models, etc
• Tools: Should have a basic working knowledge of tools like SQL, Python or R, Power BI/Tableau.
