Roles & Responsibilities
• tracks sales data, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• tracks sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data.
• Supports sales and marketing by providing sales data, market trend forecasts, account analyses, and new service information.
• Prepare proposals and it's follow-up with prospects
• accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Collect contacts from social media, the internet & other areas
• Call up to the existing/potential customers, explain in brief about the services, E-mail marketing, and convert into a lead
• Work along with the digital marketing team
• Update details in CRM tools
• To generate the leads by applying effective strategies
• Ensure that client's demands are captured, understood, agreed to, delivered which creates a positive perception of the client
• Communicate, follow-ups, negotiate with the prospects/clients by using appropriate business methods
• To generate the leads by applying effective strategies, maintaining effective relationships with the customers, and also being able to close the deals
• To approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients
• assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Required Candidate profile
• Should have experience in sales & marketing coordination.
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• experience in Inside Sales/ Market Research and Sales related Business Processes
• Candidates must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Candidates should have good communication and analytical/ power BI
• Should have knowledge of Digital Marketing / Social Media
• Advance level Proficient in MS office
