Customer Service & Admin Support
Time Assistant – Glasgow City Centre (G2)
Salary: £26,200 per year (Permanent, Full-Time)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no evenings or weekends)

At Time Assistant, we’ve been supporting small businesses across the UK for over 15 years. From call answering to admin support, we help thousands of clients stay organised and professional — and we’re still growing year after year.
We’re a friendly, close-knit team based in Glasgow city centre, and we’re looking for someone organised, personable, and confident to join us.
The Role
This is a varied role where you’ll balance customer service with admin support:
Answering calls for small businesses – acting as their receptionist and giving a professional first impression (full training provided)
Handling client enquiries via phone and email
Supporting clients with day-to-day admin such as preparing documents, managing records, and processing invoices
Helping with a wide range of business support tasks — no two days are the same!
General office duties including filing, scanning, and printing
What We’re Looking For
Friendly and confident on the phone
Organised, with a good eye for detail
Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
A team player, but also comfortable working independently once trained
Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential — we’ll train you)
Someone who enjoys variety and supporting small businesses
