Full job description
We are currently seeking an experienced customer service advisor to join our team at our state of the art Accident Repair Bodyshop in Edinburgh. A minimum of 2 years Customer Service background is required and experience within a Bodyshop or the Motor Trade is preferred but not necessary as all training will be given on site to the successful applicants.
As a Customer Service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Motor industry and contribute to the success of our organization.
Founded in Manchester in 1953, L&I Eaton has grown from a single branch into one of the UK’s largest independent vehicle repair groups. Since joining the business in 1986, our owner, Lee Bootle, has expanded our network across Scotland, Northern and Central England, securing partnerships with major UK insurers.
We’re trusted by leading brands including Direct Line, Churchill, Aviva, AXA, RSA, Zurich, Hertz, Europcar and more. Why? Because our workmanship is outstanding, our customer service is exceptional, and our teams work in industry-leading facilities with the latest training and technology.
Today, we operate from 11 sites, employ over 300 people and repair more than 20,000 vehicles each year. And we’re still growing — with exciting expansion plans and new repair centres on the horizon.
Join us and be part of a company with a strong heritage, a clear vision, and big ambitions.

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
Great organisational skills
Able to work as part of a team
Ability to use and adapt to different computer systems
