Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or ticketing platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
Document all customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and data protection standards.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality reviews to improve performance.
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM with good accuracy.
Must be flexible to work night shifts as this is an international process .
Shift: Night Shift (Compulsory)
Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational offs)
Mode: Work from Office only (no remote option)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: ₹21,000 to ₹28,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
