Customer Service & Retail Assistant – Gym Equipment Store

Location: West Auckland
Hours: Tuesday–Thurs 10am–6pm, Sun 10am–2pm
Type: Part-time (approx. up to 26 hrs/week)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers with product advice and purchases
Answer customer queries via phone, email, and social media
Process orders and update systems
Keep the showroom clean, organised, and well-presented
Help unload deliveries and restock shelves
Share your gym knowledge to help customers choose the right gear
What We’re Looking For:
A solid passion for fitness and training (knowledge of gym equipment is a big plus)
Confident communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
Reliable and organised with good time management
