Assisting the customers on calls and messages with orders, feedbacks and complaints
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
Taking orders and bookings of custom cakes
Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
Handle the complaints firmly
Can use internal software for IVR, messages and order take
Requirement
Education: 12th Pass
Good Listener and Ability of Problem-Solving technique.
Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
Ability to maintain Patience during rush hours
Ability to deliver top quality customer service and assistance

Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
