Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to address customer inquiries, collect feedback, and resolve issues effectively
Ensure a thorough understanding of basic service policies, procedures, and standards before responding to customer queries
Maintain high-quality email responses and adhere to defined parameters for calling customers
Document all telephonic communications with customers accurately in call logs
