o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
o Active listening skills & confident and soft-spoken.
o Prompt problem-solving & decision-making skills.
o Adaptability and accountability
Role & Responsibilities:
o Responsible for making outbound calls on the data provided
o Capturing additional information from the customer, screening the customer for their interest in company’s product
o To inform the potential clients of the company’s products and services
o Review and analyze incoming leads for accuracy
o Verify the prospective leads’ data, provided by marketing department
o To work closely with the Sales Team o Allocate the Leads to Counsellors
