Required Customer Service Engineer

Experience: 2 plus Years

Salary: Around 15 - 20k

Customer Support Engineer-(L1)

Technical Requirements:

Basic understanding of network concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching and routing.

Basic knowledge of passive networking and wireless devices

Hardware troubleshooting of desktops, laptops and printers

Proficient in installing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux OS.

Configure e-mail clients in desktops and laptop

Install, Configure and troubleshoot applications like MS-Office, Anti-Virus..Etc.

Basic knowledge of Server and storage.

Basic knowledge of concepts like RAID and other data protection technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Field engineer role. Will attend customer request for service calls.

Work with OEMs to resolve customer issues.

Raise service tickets with OEM

Soft Skills:

Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the technical requirements

Good troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills

Should prioritize effectively and work with towards problem resolution

Ability to manage issues to effectively complete in a timely fashion

Strong interpersonal, pro-active verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
