Responsibilities
Assist clients with product details, upselling and marketing clients, while ensuring positive experience.
Handle payments with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain excellent people etiquette, demonstrating active listening and effective communication skills at all times.
Support team efforts by analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer support, or sales is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, analyze situations effectively, and help train the team once proficient.

Pay: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
