Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Executive to manage and coordinate workforce operations. The role involves engaging with potential resources, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication and support throughout their engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and experience in handling large-scale workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential field resources and explain onboarding procedures and requirements.
Guide individuals through registration and activation processes.
Act as a primary point of contact for workforce-related queries and support.
Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement with onboarded resources.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth deployment and operations.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding status and daily interactions.
Monitor availability, participation, and overall engagement of the workforce.
Address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Share regular updates and reports on onboarding progress and workforce status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–1 years of experience in customer service, workforce coordination, or similar roles.
Strong communication skill in Tamil and basic English.
Experience in handling high-volume calling and coordination is preferred.
Ability to build rapport and manage conversations effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data handling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
