Job Title- Entry Level Executive Customer Service
Job Type - Full Time
Shift and Schedule- Fixed Shift (+.30 AM - 6.30 PM)
Experience: Fresher, 0-1 year
Location- Jayanagar +th Block, Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
Build relationship with our merchants by providing exceptional customer service.
Addressing issues and enquiries related to product glitch and product uses.
Act as primary support to our sales team by ensuring smooth onboarding process of the merchants.
Updating all customer related information in CRM software and making reports as per requirement.
Proper understanding of CRM tools and their implementation.
Requirement:
Recent Graduate or Post Graduate in Business or marketing
Good understanding of various sales/marketing terms.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Must)
Good knowledge of MS Office( MS word, Excel)
