About Ivykids (formerly known as Yellow Class):
Backed by Tier 1 VCs, Ivykids is an English speaking and learning program for kids upto 12 yrs old. It is the most easy and effective means of learning for kids. Kids have to spend only a few minutes everyday on their Ivykids App to massively improve their spoken English. This is a solution built for India, from India.
Ivykids is a guided program for kids to learn & speak English using our mobile app for a few minutes every day. Since its launch in late ’22, 1000s of kids have taken to the program offered at an affordable price of less than $10 per month. Ivykids will help ~100K kids in India speak English by end of 2026.

As a Customer Experience Executive you would be required to:
• Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
• Informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
• Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
• Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
• Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
• Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
Expected skill sets:
• Previous internship where worked with parents community or kids is a plus.
• Should be dedicated & enthusiastic to work for a fast-paced startup
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to gather and interpret customer experience information.
