Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
• Provide excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner to our high end clients to ensure our customers have a pleasant experience.
• Answering phones.
• Coordinating merchandise for deliveries.
• Responding to customer service requests via phone or email, resulting from deliveries or warranty claims.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Doing whatever it takes to satisfy our high-end customer’s needs.
Position requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalency certificate.
• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with a team, provide resolutions, communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
• Computer skills and experience is a must.
