Opportunity:
The City of Albany is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals for a customer service casual pool to be utilised across various sites in the city. The sites include the Library, Town Hall, Vancouver Arts Centre, Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre (ALAC), Albany Visitors Centre, and Customer Service at our North Road Administration Building.
Reporting to the relevant area supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and providing cashiering and telephonist services for the city.
About You:
To succeed in this customer-facing role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should be a team player with strong computer literacy and numeracy abilities.
