Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in call center environments. Bilingual abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office are highly valued to effectively assist a diverse customer base and handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills in CRM systems
Assist customers with account issues, billing questions, and service requests
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary
Support client services by coordinating appointments, order processing, and follow-up communications
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish, French)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills for data entry and documentation
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organization skills
Experience with outbound calling and analysis skills for customer engagement strategies
Basic cash handling experience is desirable
High level of professionalism with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in sales or upselling is advantageous
