Job Summary

Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist clients with account information, product details, and issue resolution
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or surveys
Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and CRM systems
Process transactions such as cash handling and order processing when necessary
Provide support for client services by addressing concerns and providing solutions
Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to document and report customer interactions
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues
Skills
Multilingual abilities; Bilingual in English and another language is preferred
Strong sales aptitude with experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services
Proven customer support or client services experience, especially in call center settings
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to clarity and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy for efficient record keeping
Outbound calling experience and familiarity with call center operations are advantageous
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers
