About Champions: We are an upcoming premium kids club facility located in the vibrant city of Jaipur, where kids can not only have fun, but also learn, grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment. At Champions, we believe that every child is a little champion in their own right and we are here to help them unleash their full potential. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater to the needs and interests of kids aged 3-15 years, offering a wide range of activities that will keep them engaged and entertained.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and face of our studio, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your excellent communication and convincing skills will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with our valued customers and provide top-notch assistance, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels (phone, email, and social media), and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and convincing skills to provide accurate information, promote our services, and address any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming tone to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our customers, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional service.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong convincing skills to effectively promote our services and address customer concerns.
• A warm and welcoming tone that embodies the essence of hospitality and ensures customers feel valued and appreciated.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every customer receives prompt and attentive service.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
