Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling cold calling, client consultation, negotiations, office operations, client communication, sales, and finance tasks. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing paperwork, coordinating with clients and other departments, assisting with financial transactions, and ensuring efficient office processes.
