Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Albany, North Shore team, someone who understands what great service looks like and enjoys helping people from all walks of life.
This is primarily a customer service role, where your day will be centred around assisting customers at the counter, answering phone and email enquiries, managing bookings, and delivering a smooth, friendly check-in and check-out experience.
You don’t need to be an automotive expert, just confident behind the wheel and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. Full training is provided. Experience in customer service is key. Whether you’ve worked in rental, hospitality, retail, admin, logistics, or any other customer-facing environment, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll enjoy plenty of variety, no two days are the same. In this role you will:
Welcome customers, manage check-ins and handovers, and support a seamless rental experience
Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records
Move vehicles around the yard and ensure they’re ready for hire
Keep our fleet and site presentable, organised, and ready for the day
Build strong relationships with both retail and business customers
Identify customer needs and spot opportunities to add value to their hire experience
