We are currently expanding our team and seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative for our Chat Support team.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via web chat and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide service information.
Offer prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
Work during the night shift hours to support our global customer base.
Maintain a high level of alertness and attentiveness during the night hours.
Collaborate with customers across various chat platforms to deliver consistent and effective support.
Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Develop a deep understanding of our services to provide detailed and relevant information to customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
Provide insights and feedback on common customer issues.
