We are currently expanding our team and seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative for our Chat Support team.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via web chat and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide service information.
Offer prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
Work during the night shift hours to support our global customer base.
Maintain a high level of alertness and attentiveness during the night hours.
