JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
• Understand services and prepare a plan to deliver
• Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Extra ordinary communication : Written and Verbal to communicate clients.
• Identifying and resolving client queries. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes.
• Create monthly reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.
• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company services.
• Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all existing and potential client details and communications.
• Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
• Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations, good listening skills .
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Excellent Negotiation skills ; as negotiation will be done with venue partner, photographer and production vendor.
