THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our new branch in Masterton. As a motivated Customer Service Sales professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online and face to face.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an exemplary first point of contact for customers
General administration activity, data and order entry
Utilise your people and selling skills to provide solutions to customers
Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
Act as key liaison between sales and factory operations.
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
For this highly sought after position, we require an individual with outstanding customer service skills, a "can do" mindset, along with the following skills and attributes:
Proven ability to provide customer service solutions to meet customer needs
Highly organised with the ability to "think on your feet" and work in a fast-paced service centre environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
